Observation Tower

Here is another photo from that former open coal mine I wrote yesterday about. The company which operates the mine recently erected this observation tower and opened it to the public. One may think, it's an ugly, gray concrete thing, but for me as a technician it looks kind of interesting. I like straight and parallel lines, symmetry and all that technical stuff. And this building has it all. The stairs winding up around the core look great. The dark and gray weather perfectly matched the scene with that gray concrete tower.
